Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Avia Vika Kangalu, who died at Kitui, on 9th February, 2017, CAUSE NO. E461 OF 2021 By Pius Syengo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiteuwe Syengo, who died at Kitui, on 9th June, 2012. 28th January, 2022 CAUSE NO. E467 OF 2021 By (1) Patrick Kinyamasyo Munyi and (2) Timothy Muasya Munyi, both of P.O. Box 600-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyi Mutunga, who died at Kitui, on 12th June, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
