CAUSE No. 203 OF 2021 By John Asava Lungahi, of P.O. Box 46-50318, Vihiga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Lungahi Mbaja, who died at Lusiola Sub-location, on 29th September, 1987. CAUSE NO. 369 OF 2021 By Jonathan Anyanya Kimanya, of P.O. Box 1349, Maragoli in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esau Kimanya Butage alias Esau Butage. who died at Lusiola Sub- location, on 30th June, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
