CAUSE No. E444 OF 2021 By Patrick Adele Umeri, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Umeri Adele, who died on 6th September, 1970. CAUSE NO. E561 OF 2021 By Judith Owalla Champigny, the deceased’s niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ongek Abwao alias Ongek Abwao, who died on 20th May, 2000. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2022 By (1) Erick Odhiambo Omolo and (2) Ochieng Fredrick Osado, both of P.O. Box 75845-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilion Wamira alias Kilion Wamira Oyomo Muyere, who died at Matiera, on 26th July, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
