TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 282 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Nyunja Nyaboke, (2) Gabriel Odhiambo Otieno, (3) George Okoth Otieno and (4) Paul Ochieng Otieno, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maslus Nyaboke Nyunja alias Maslus Nyaboke, who died at Kakrao Sub-location, on 21st December, 2016. CAUSE NO. 291 OF 2021 By Nashon Otieno Ndede, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nange Obayo, who died on 2nd March, 1973. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By Austine Otieno Owuor, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Owuor Owino, who died on 10th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
