CAUSE NO. E224 OF 2021 By (1) Boniface Waruingi Kimani and (2) Kelvin Kinyanjui Kimani, both of P.O. Box 72685-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kimani, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 21st August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E242 OF 2021 By Joyce Wambui Waweru, of P.O. Box 120, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Waweru Peter Nachu Mwaniki alias Paul Waweru Peter Nachu, who died on 8th October, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
