TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2020 By (1) Miriam Wangui Njoroge and (2) Rachael Wanjiru Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geofrey Karimi Mureithi, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd September, 2019. CAUSE No. E13 OF 2021 By (1) John Gitau Gathoni, (2) Gideon Ngugi Gathoni and (3) Mary Wamuhu Gathoni, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah Gathoni Njoroge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 14th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2021 By (1) Esther Njoki Njoroge and (2) Fredrick Mwangi Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 1286-00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Njoroge Moses, who died at Theta, on 7th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Nyaguthii Njuguna and (2) Nancy Wairimu Karanja, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wanjiru, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 26th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
