CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2021 By (1) Willis Wachilonga Mabonga and (2) Edward M. N. Kugaga Toili, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Wanyonyi Mabonga, who died at Lugulu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2021 By Jacob Wanyama Munyifwa, of P.O. Box 124, Kimilili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyifwa Waliala, who died at Kamusinga, on 10th February, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
