TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 198 OF 2021 By Rosemary Afandi Kidanda, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aineah Kidanda, who died at Walodeya Location, on 20th October, 1994, CAUSE NO. 199 OF 2021 By James Lwangu Imbuga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luka Embuga Saulo Mugari, who died at Walodeya Location, on 23rd June, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
