TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this coutt in: CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Akeyo Ogunde and (2) Eunice Auma Diang’a, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Peter Ogunde Okeyo alias Philip Peter Ogunde, who died at St. Luke MC, on 27th April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
