TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2021 By (1) Abdi Malik Ibrahim and (2) Zamazam Ibrahim Mohamed, both of P.O. Box 13, Lodwar in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sulekha Yussuf Ndor Osman, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E21 oF 2021 By (1) Diana Ekuwom Itoto and (2) Cicelia Ekuam Ekadon, both of P.O. Box 11-30500, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Arii Ekuwom, who died at Lodwar County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 27th October, 2015. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2021 By (1) Erot Lemuya and (2) Ekadeli Nakuwa, both of P.O. Box 101-30500, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and unole, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ekang*imoe Samal, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd November, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
