TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2021 By (1) Abdi Malik Ibrahim and (2) Zamazam Ibrahim Mohamed, both of P.O. Box 13, Lodwar in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibraham Sheikh Mohammed, who died at Lomelo, on 14th November, 2017. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2021 By (1) Ekai Samwel Loolel, and (2) Christine Doke Ebei, both of P.O. Box 18, Lodwar in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Lodyaka Ebei, who died at Nakwamekwi, on Sth April, 2011. 28th January, 2022 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
