TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 198 OF 2021 By (1) Sidi Mwadori Zaye and (2) Dhahabu Kenga Kihepe, both of Kilifi, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenga Kihepe Mwandoro, who died at Roka, on 12th December, 2010. CAUSE NO. 280 OF 2021 By (1) Tsofa Nyule Maitha and (2) Patrick Kazungu Bakari, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bakari Maitha Mweni Said, who died at Chembe, Kibambamshe, on 27th October, 1997. CAUSE NO. E284 OF 2021 By Kahindi Mwaro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Kadzo Charo alias Alice Mazurui Charo, who died at Kilifi, on 30th April, 1998. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By Josephine Kondo Unda Tabu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kondo Unda Mwanzemba, who died on 25th December, 1994. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By (1) Davis Kasena Ngoro, (2) Sammy Ngoro Chivatsi and (3) Johnson Chivatsi Ngoro, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Ngoro Chivatsi, who died at Sokoni, Kilifi, on 8th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
