TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E300 OF 2021 By (1) Bernard Mutua Kingesi and (2) Daniel Kioko Kingesi, both of P.O. Box 103-90131. Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kingesi Kavuu, who died at Kwangii Sub-location, on 8th June, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered withiii thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
