E24 OF 2021 By Rosemary Ndunge Daudi, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Ndele Mutie, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 24th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2021 By (1) Jackson Mutiso Kalekeye and (2) Benignas Kalekeye Mutungi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Mutungi Musya alias W. Mutungi Musya, who died at Kilungu Sub County Hospital in Kenya, on 17th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2021 By Dickson Mutinda Mwei, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwei Nuku Kikwau, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 8th January, 2018. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2021 By (1) Miricah Katheu Nthiwa and (2) Daniel Mutua Nthiwa, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthiwa Ng’alu, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 20th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
