TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2021 By Achesa Kenneth Juma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Ndakwa wa Aachesa, who died at Naitiri, Lungai, on Ist June, 1998. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2021 By (1) Daniel Mabonga Sitati and (2) Prisla Werunga Nanjala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Sitati Munyafuru, who died at Kimilili Township, on 12th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By Maurice Makokha Musungu, of P.O. Box 213, Kimilili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorice Lutomia Makokha, who died at Lugulu Mission Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
