TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 107 OF 2021 By (1) Paulina Chepngetich Ngeno and (2) Johnstone Kipngetich Koech, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Marusoi Ngeno alias Joseph Morusoi Ngeno, who died at Taboino, on 22nd February, 2007. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2021 By (1) Cheruiyot arap Ngerechi and (2) Richard Cheruiyot Kipngetich, both of P.O. Box 655, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkerich arap Kenduiwa, who died at Cheptalal, on 8th March, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
