E50 OF 2021 By Juliius Mwatela Shangala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arnold Shangala Matasa alias Anold Shangala Matasa alias Arnold Shangala, who died at Moi Hospital in Kenya, on 24th March, 2004. CAUSENO. E51 OF 2021 By Hannington Mwaluma Wandela, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Wachia Pande, who died at Ghazi, on 25th December, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
