REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Akunda Ombwole (1D/6980515), is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.3 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Emuhaya, registered under title No. East Bunyore/Ebulonga/373, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect has been lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no valid objection bas been received within that period.
