THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mulei Ngie (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 7.98 hectares or thereabout, known as Mavoko Town Block 3/3497, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the chief magistrate court at Homa Bay in succession cause No. 201 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and confirmation of grant to Samuel Soo Kavili, and whereas the said Samuel Soo Kavili has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 42, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I will dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with registration of the said the land title deed and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mulei Ngie (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
