REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Damaris Njoki Gathuku, as administrator of the estate of Stephen Lngethe Mungai (deceased), of P.O. Box 2341-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership of all that piece of land known as portion No.
10594, Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 29315, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.

THE KENYA GAZETTE
THE following notes are for the guidance of persons submitting “copy” for inclusion in the Kenya Gazette, Supplement, etc.:
(I) The Kenya Gazette contains Notices of a general nature which do not affect legislation. They are, therefore, submitted to the Government
Printer directly.
(2) Legislative Supplement contams Rules and Regulations which are issued by the National or County Governments. Because of this, they must be submitted to the Government Printer through the office of the
Attorney-General.
(3) Bull Supplement contains Bills which are for introduction in the
National Assembly, Senate or County Assemblies.
(4) Act Supplement contains Acts passed by the National Assembly, Senate or County Assemblies.
All “copy” submitted for publication should be prepared on one side of an
A4 sheet no matter how small the Notice is, each page being numbered and should be typed with double spacing. Copy should be clear, legible and contain no alterations.
Particular attention should be paid to the following points:
(i) Signature must be supported by rubber-stamping or typing the name of the signatory in capital letters.
(ii) Must be correct and filled in where necessary.
(iii) Care should be taken to ensure that all headings to Notices and references to legislation are up to date and conform with the Revised
Edition of the Laws of Kenya.

A.30 (1) All communication for publication in the Kenya Gazette should reach the Government Printer not later than Friday of the week before publication is desired.

Kenya Gazette.
