WHEREAS (1) Naznin Mohamedraza Gulamali Jaffer Panju and (2) Mohamedraza Panju as joint tenants. both of P.O. Box 2107- 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in in fee simple interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1781 acre or thereabouts, known as 743/1/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of an indenture registered as LT. 37, Folio 108, File 1127, and whereas original indenture in respect thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional indenture as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act. provided that no objection has been received within that period.
