REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdul Gader Sharif Saleh Assafi, of P.O. Box 40115, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor ownership of all that piece of Jand containing 0.1133 acres or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block VXI1/797, and whereas the ttle deed thereof was used to secure a charge dated the |5th September, 2003 to Southern Credit Banking Corporatin Itd (formerly Equatorial Commercial Bank Limited now Spire Bank Limited) for KSh. 5,000,000 and a further charge dated [2th June, 2006, for KSh. 8,000,000, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease in custody of the lender thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
