WHEREAS Mati Nthangi (ID/2438734), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of Jand containing 0.7 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Abothuguchi/Kiija/265, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
