REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Kipkoske arap Biy, of P.O. Box 763, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 612/10, situate in east of Kericho town in Kericho District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as LR. 46879/1, and whereas the KCB Bank Kenya Limited, has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of James Kipkoske arap Biy, and whereas an affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (A) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of ttle registered as LR. 46879/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof. provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with registration of the said instrument of discharge.
