REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elizabeth Njoki Macharia (deceased), of P.O. Box 5, Kangari in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. 17/Sabasaba/1597, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Kigumo in succession Cause No. 74 of 2006, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Lucy Wangari Macharia (ID/3619957), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and surrender to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Lucy Wangari Macharia (ID/3619957), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elizabeth Njoki Macharia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
