APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 36 and 39 of the County Governments Act and pursuant to the resolutions of the NZOWASCO Annual General meeting held on the 29th January, 2021, the County Executive Committee Member, Environment, Water, Tourism and Natural Resources, Bungoma County, appoints — John Situma Walyaula, Lucas Mwelesie Wamalwa, to be members of the NZOWASCO De-clustering Taskforce, for a period of six (6) months, with effect from the date of appointment. The terms of reference for the Taskforce are set out on the letters of appointment dated the 30th September, 2021. Dated the 3rd February, 2022. RENSON W.
