NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of laws of Kenya, to one Erastus Kimenye of Mombasa, whose motor vehicle has been lying idle and unclaimed in our garage, that 1f the below indicated motor vehicle is not collected within the next thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of notice, failure to which we shall proceed to dispose the motor vehicle by way of public auction if it remains unclaimed.
