Box 300-00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor ‘in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Tinganga/Anmer Block 8/1097, and wherea’s the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts mar Je to locate tHe said land register have failed, notice is given that after ‘the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to pro-ceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under se:ction 33 (5) of-thé Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period’ Dated the: 21st January, 2022.
