WHEREAS Michael Munyiri Gachinga, of P.O. Box 17, Timau in the Republic of Kenya. is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.576 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Nanyuki South Timau Block 1/1069 (Mia Moja), and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
