REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Mbothe Nguro (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Juja/Komo Block 2/475, Situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in succession cause no. 217 of 2018, directing the name of Francis Mbothe be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Margaret Wanjiru Mbuthe and (2) John Maina Mbothe, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Francis Mbothe Nguro (deceased) has been reported missing or tost, notice is given that after thre expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispe’nse with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with, the registration of the said instrument and RL. 19 and RL. 7, imd upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Trancis Mbothe Nguro (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
