COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above-mentioned part development plan has been completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Kwale Municipality, Tsimba/Golini Ward, Kwale County. Copies of the part development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Executive Committee Member for Environment and Natural Resources and the County Physical Planning Office, Kwale. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the office of the County Executive Committee Member for Environment and Natural Resources and the County Physical Planning Office, Kwale, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m., during working days. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the Physical Planning Officer, P.O.
