Folio 1/7, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Christine Kerubo Njoka, of P.O. Box 57851- 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Christine Kerubo Nyamweya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Christine Kerubo Nyamweya, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Christine Kerubo Njoka, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Christine Kerubo Njoka only.
