TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2021 By (1) Tabitha Mukami Kamau and (2) Joram Muiruri Kamau, both of P.O. Box 261, Wang’uru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nyambura Kamau, late of Mwea, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 5th April, 2018. CAUSE NO, E18 OF 2021 By (1) Tabitha Mukami Kamau, (2) Secily Wanjiku Maina and (3) Joram Muiruri Kamau, all of P.O. Box 261, Wang’uru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son. respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Kamau alias Geofrey Kamau alias Geoffrey Kamau Gichuhi, late of Mwea, who died at Coptic Church Clinic, on 24th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
