TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2019 By (1) Grace Wanja Mbugua and (2) Monicah W. Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 357, Narok in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Morgan Mbugua Kanyagia, who died at District Hospital, Narok in Kenya, on 25th January, 2013. CAUSE No. E17 OF 2021 By (1) Johana ole Kaiseyie and (2) William Shada ole Kaiseyie, both of P.O, Box 49—20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oimeru ole Kaiseye, who died at Narok, on 13th October, 1992. CAUSE No. E18 OF 2021 By (1) Johana ole Kaiseyie and (2) William Shada ole Kaiseyie, both of P.O. Box 49~20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masiar ole Kelokune, who died at Narok in 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
