TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2020 By (1) Kipron Zakayo Ngeno, (2) Henry Kipkirui Ngeno and (3) Richard Kipngetich Ngenoh, all of P.O. Box 22, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Tabsegit Biegon, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on Ist February, 2006. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2021 By (1) Robert Kiprono Ngeno and (2) Rebecca Cherotich Sitonik, both of P.O. Box 5, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapkigen Chepkemoi Sitonik alias Sitonik Tapkigen Chepkemoi, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 9th February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
