Box 198, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wambui Nganga, late of Njoro, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 19th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2022 By (1) Fredrick Kipkirui and (2) Newton Kiprotich Kogo, both of P.O. Box 17977, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulina Chepkorir Kogo, late of Onduso, who died at Valley Hospital in Kenya, on 27th March, 2012. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By (1) Newton Gachari Nyawira and (2) Joseph Kinyua Gachari, both of P.O. Box 20419, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Nyawira Gachari, late of Freehold, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 5th October, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
