TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E383 OF 2020 By John Otiende Akende, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akiri Awuoyo, who died at Kit Mikayi, on 27th August, 1984. CAUSE NO. E385 OF 2020 By Philip Odiwuor Onditi, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicodemus Ogony Olewe alias Ogony Olewe, who died at Kokulo, Ojolla, on 22nd September, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
