TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 187 OF 2021 By (1) Irene Nalyaka and (2) Emmanuel Nyongesa, for a grant of Jetters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Nyongesa Masinde, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 8th May, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
