TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E337 OF 2021 By (1) Joyce Wanjiku Njuguna and (2) Peter Karunye Kaniaru, both of P.O. Box 2095-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Njeri Kaniaru, who died at Gitiha, Githunguri, on 14th January, 2014. CAUSE No. E369 OF 2021 By (1) Daniel Kimani Karanja and (2) Salome Nduta Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 1178-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njihia Wanganga, who died at Karima, Mai Mahiu, on 22nd January, 2005. CAUSE NO. E370 OF 2021 By Alice Njoki Githii, of P.O. Box 2, Langalanga in Kenya, the deceased"s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Githii N, ganga, who died at St. Joseph R.V.H., on 14th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
