Box 5970, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwakombe Kahindi Fondo, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 25th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2021 By Jackray Chamberlain Ngome, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Kabeyu Ngome, who died at Kisurutini, Mwele, on 15th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. 210 OF 2021 By Kache Karisa Katana, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Katana Kongoro, who died on 7th March, 2010. CAUSE NO. 215 OF 2021 By Kadzo Shadrack Kitsao, (2) Sidi Shadrack Kitsao and (3) Sadaka Shadrack Kitsao, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Chola Ngala, who died on 19th January, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
