TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 213 OF 2021 By (1) Joice George Ponda, (2) Lemmy Kahindi Kenga and (3) Packison Charo Kenga, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively. for a grant of Jetters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kenga Menza, who died on 4th April, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
