TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 441 OF 2021 By Serah Ngendo Njomo, of P.O. Box 5351-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Njomo Ngugi, who died on 22nd January, 2021. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2022 By (1) Pauline Njeri Mbugua, (2) Evanson Kamunyu Kinyanjui and (3) Mary Wanyora Mbugua, all of P.O. Box 89-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Kinyanjui Mbugua alias Joram Kinyanjui s/o Mbugua, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 30th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
