Box 221-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Kangethe, who died at Tigoni Hospital in Kenya, on 31st December, 2011. CAUSE NO. E255 OF 2021 By Joseph Kimata Kairu, of P.O. Box 593, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimata Wanyoike alias Kabaka Wanyoike, who died at Bibiriont, on 6th June, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
