TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E61 OF 2021 By (1) Agnes Wamboi Ndungu, (2) Janepher Muthoni Ndungu and (3) Eliud Wambu Ndungu, all of P.O. Box 227-00206, Kiserian in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ndungu Wambu, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 21st October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Njenga, (2) Janet Wairimu Mwai and (3) Gladys Njeri Mwai, all of P.O. Box 44-00208, Ngong in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwai Joseph Kahuria, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
