TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 14th January, 2022 CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2021 By Danie! Mutie Kimilu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annastasia Kalewa Kimilu, who died at Ndolo, Kyanga, on 24th October, 2007. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Musomba and (2) Musau Ngonyo, the deceased's citors, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Mobia Mulela, who died at Simboiyon, on 9th February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
