TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2021 By Ann Muthoni Kiuria, of P.O. Box 40, Kiamutugu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiuria Karingo, who died at Mutomo Hospital in Kenya, on 6th May, 2001. CAUSE No. 113 OF 2021 By Dickson Githae Mburati, of P.O. Box 391, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburati Munyori, who died at Mwea Mission Hospital in Kenya, on Ist September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
