TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 218 OF 2021 By Manthi Ndambuki Ndavi, of P.O. Box 1-90141, Masinga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzusa Nguli, who died on 8th April, 1993. CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2021 By Daniel Kyalo Munyao, of P.O. Box 51, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Munyiva Mutua, who died on 23rd August, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
