TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2018 By (1) George Kipnyeker Barakacha, (2) Julius Oniara Kiboi and (3) Fernandes Mataya Kiboui, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiboi Mataya, who died at Namorio, Elgon, on 6th January, 1967. CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2021 By Gladys Nangila Malale, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Okoyoyi Omanya, who died on 11th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. 67 OF 2021 By (1) Daniel Mabonga Sitati and (2) Prisla Werunga Nanjala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Sitati Munyafuru, who died at Kimilili Township, on 12th August, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
