TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E14 oF 2021 By Alfrida Zighe Ndeleko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Ndeleko Mwasingo, who died at Makupa Maternity Home, on 11th May, 1992. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2021 By (1) Swalha Wakio Mwake, (2) Juma Maliso and (3) Mwanamisi Wachia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khadija Maliso, who died at Kaloleni, on 14th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
