TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO, E306 OF 2021 By Isaac Mumo Navi, of P.O. Box 1461-90115, Kangundo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Nzavi Mue, who died at Kangundo Hospital, on 13th July, 2016. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By Lawrence Mweu Mutua, of P.O. Box 550-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’ son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutheu Mutua, late of Sengani, Matungulu, who died there on 13th January, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
